Built from the ground up, with family at the core.
Simon Mamo Real Estate was founded by Hugo's father Simon, around 30 years ago. Growing up in a real estate family, Hugo learned the industry from the inside out — joining his father on viewings as a child, sitting in the car listening to clients share feedback, and absorbing the art of negotiation before he could drive.
"You learn from any position that you do, and once you work in the role that you are in, your thoughts are — how can I improve, make things more efficient, or automate."
Starting at the bottom — from admin to agent to Branch Manager of Valletta — Hugo built his career on the principle that every role teaches you something. Today, as CEO, he has grown the company from 6 people to a team of over 60 agents across 7 branches in Malta and Gozo.
